The OpenLDAP Project is holding its second OpenLDAP Developers' Day conference in Vienna, Austria on 18 July 2003. More information is here. I'll be talking about some of the work we've done on integrating OpenLDAP with NetInfo, and the SLAPI plugin API. Drop in if you're around!
I'm moving to New York in May for about 6 months on a music scholarship. I know finding accommodation is going to be difficult, but if anyone has any suggestions please drop me a line.

Well, I am living in Paris for the next few months, which is proving to be a very interesting experience indeed. Getting decent Internet access is particularly difficult if, like me, you are planning on staying for less than a year. In any case, it is good to have finished university once and for all (thesis passed) and to have some time to concentrate on living, music and computing.
Code-wise, I have been working away on our Active Directory integration project, XAD. I've also been taking a look at setting up a Linux-based PABX for our Melbourne office, using snom IP phones, OpenH323, and some PSTN or ISDN to H.323 gateway software.
Things have been busy. Apart from finishing my Honours thesis on the use of jazz in film music, I've been interested in the stuff happening at dcerpc.net.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
