I'm currently studying medicine and as a part time job working in an information technology company (http://www.cubit.at) as perl hacker (SQL, CGI and all this stuff).

Then i'm very interested in Bioinformatics and trying to contribute some useful things to the bioperl project (http://bio.perl.org). Check this out!

Just discovered advogato.org! Very impressive content site. lots of interesting articles.

Hey Ewan! Think what when i saw your posting on bioinformatics... Thats fate :-) i was searching for "gtk-perl" using google.com and so i clicked on this advogato thing and there i see an article from ewan birney. That's funny!
