I had to figure out wiki tags the other day. The reason your link to the DocBook wiki didn't work is because it's not a valid wiki in Advogato's intermap file.

You use it like (by default it likes to the c2 wiki):

<wiki>MeatBall:MeatBall</wiki>

Which gives you:

MeatBall:MeatBall
