      <description>Well, last night, I spent a bit of time looking into my
options for making RT localizable. I'd really hoped that the
state of multi-lingual output in perl was further along. the
wrappers around gnu gettext just don't seem right. and the
native-perl code is just &lt;i&gt;way&lt;/i&gt;too rough.
