      <description>Oh, I guess I was being conservative with my definition of Free Software... I wrote at least half of the Tcl code in the LIGO Data Analysis System used by &lt;a href="http" ://www.ligo.caltech.edu&gt;The Laser Interferometer Gravitational Observatory&lt;/a&gt;.  There are roughly 300 users of this software, and all the Tcl code is essentially public domain.&lt;br&gt;
The more generally useful parts of the code are packaged for general consumption and available at &lt;a href="http" ://inferno.slug.org/wiki/Phil&gt;The SLUG Wiki&lt;/a&gt;.</description>
