I've been the leading WINE advocate and technical architect at Corel for the last 18 months. Prior to that, I was in charge of CorelDRAW for the Mac.
In my spare time I've been doing a lot of thinking about the relationship between the free software philosophy and traditional economics. No breakthroughs so far, but when I have the time, I'm hoping to write something up about my conclusions so far.
I wear a maroon (er, wine) coloured renaissance style hat with a feather in it, and occasionally a filled swept-hilt rapier. They don't like it when I try to bring the sword through airports though, so I generally leave it at home when I go to conferences.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
