Worked on getting Xvnc and vncviewer to do client side size setting. Got that to work, but I messed up the event loop in the process. Need to figure out what needs to be setup or resetup after the vnc setup has occured.

Finally used the hacked divine code to modify /etc/pcmcia/network.opts so that it figures out what system I'm on. Works. Brings up the network at work and leaves it down at home where the pcmcia modem/network card where only one can be active at a time. Note: need to send mods to divine upstream.

Wonderful storm this afternoon. Great wind and the rain blew in even under the roof at the front of the building. Great. I just love storms. No lightning or thunder though. :( maybe soon. Was snowing in Asheville.

Still learning goops (guile oops). Using it to parse the cbb files. I should work on the docs as soon as I figure it out. Need to figure out what makes MOP (meta object protocol) different than other oo systems.

Worked on making zebedee use unix domain sockets. Getting close to making it work.

I like being able to sit in my bed, watch television and hack, but laptop keyboards really suck, and I really should have gotten a bigger screen. 800x600 is not enough.

Working on new xemacs package for woody. Most of the changes done long ago, but now finally have my keys again. Packages done. Looks ok. uploading now. Man I hate uploading this thing over a 56k modem.

Found the parse bug in the zebedee. Now I've broken something else. :) It looks like it should work. Getting closer.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
