My dissertation survey is finally ready. It will only take 5-10 minutes of your time, so please help me out.

Results from the study will be used to observe whether there is any relationship between digital media exposure and preferences for different forms of instruction. The study will analyze varying types of instruction to determine whether digital media experience could predict better performance in one type over the other. A short portion of the questionnaire is timed, so please set aside a moment of time where you can complete it undisturbed.

Your answers are completely anonymous and will be released only as summaries in which no individual's answers can be identified. This survey is voluntary, but you must be 18 years of age or older to participate. You can help make learning easier for hard working people like yourself by taking a few minutes to complete the questionnaire.

For those of you who are Drupal fans, the questionnaire is implemented on Drupal 6 as a custom module in my sandbox. If you're concerned about your anonymity, you are free to review the source to verify your responses really can't be linked back to you (Apache logs are turned off).
