It seems I've finally come out of my few days of unproductiveness. I managed to write my first real set of vertex/fragment programs, implementing Gooch shading (if you haven't heard of it, its a nifty shading method devised by Amy & Bruce Gooch over at the university of Utah which is more ideal for technical visualization than standard shading), so I'm happy. Now time to swig the cg runtime ;)

So life is a little strange right now. Its completely dead at work, due to 6 people deciding on simultaneous vacations.

Had a nice evening with some friends, made a pizza and rented a couple peter sellers movies. The genius of that man will never cease to amaze me.

And somehow, the last two hours seem to have completely disappeared. I have no clue where they went. Amazingly enough, it seems like the interweb played a small part in their mysterious disappearance.

Well, after a little prodding from timriker, I finally created an account here. We'll see how this diary widget works out.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
