Begin a new and exciting week... :P Today was a hard day ( I have ALL posibles classes ;) ). I was writing on Palm Article and studying a bit.

Ana arrives to A Coruña from Madrid on wednesday... THAT'S GREAT!!! I have been without her since one month...arf...O:)

I didn't have a hard day but I have a serious problem with a subject: Discrete Mathematics II... I don't understand ANYTHING! This subject is about systems verify... with maths. We use a program for this: COQ... It's terrible! A lot of Mathematical notation.

LDAP Tools

They are waiting to be ended ;)

Learning random things...

I have on my mind learn expect, Do I it? A lot of new ideas for my article about Palm and Linux in "Solo Linux Programadores" newsweek.

Tomorrow is my birthday... I'm 24 years old... ARF! O:)

WEEEKEEEEEND!!!!!! Today was a HARD day too, very intensive classes. My "famous" teacher of Artificial Inteligent told histories about monkey brains and fights between symbolist approach people and RNA approach people , It was very funny!

LDAP Tools

The basic daemon is ended. I must test it with apt and perl system execution calls.

Other very little hacks: I was remembering bash scripting, doing a script which converts .mp3 files in a directory to .wav with mpg123. It's a very silly thing but very useful for me.

I'm trying learn expect :)

I have been tired for all week but today was the worst day... A lot of class and very hard ( my teachers are VERY aggressive! ;) ). In GPUL ( Group of Linux programmers and users ), jacobo and I are triying install a weblog for discuse tech, open source and linux news.

LDAP tools

I didn't work much in daemon to update. I have a serious problems with regular expresions for 'clean' spaces of string.

I have a serious throadache... It appeared this morning... argh...

Only two classes... nice day ! ;)

LDAP tools

I have discovered the strings mistake in JAVA aplication!!! YEAH! I can continue with update daemon now. Only one problem: All aplications are SLOOOOOW with a big directory... I must be optimized it!

Arf... A very long and hard day, I had a lot of class... arf, very bored...

op! There is one thing really funny: My teacher of Artificial Inteligence ( a random subject in my Computer Science degree ) is like a stand-up show star! He tells a lot of jokes like a stand-up show... guau! XDDD

Afternoon, I am programming on LDAP tools daemon for install debian packages... Some problem with java aplication...

jacobo: yes, I'm always on crack! ... lunar phases... Do you remember it? ;P

Arf..I'm tired... It's saturday, I like this day: I don't have class and I can do some funny things like sleep more hours than other days :)

Yesterday, I spent a lot of hours debugging my LDAP tools... There was something wrong but I didn't find the mistake... and then... the problem wasn't code! the problem was Schemas in the LDAP server! :O Anyway there is a little problem with strings codification... ( and It isn't the server... I hope so... ;) )

Today I want to begin the daemon that *really* update the machines' packages with data stored in directory.

Thanks to fxn, for certification :) I work with XML sometimes too ;)

Nice holiday day ;) ( Spain celebrates Hispanity Day today), it's a good day to work on something that I have pending days ago. I have downloaded an OpenBSD 2.9 image (base) and Engarde Linux, maybe I'll install one of them but it doesn't seems to be a easy work: Engarde have a BIG warning in the readme file that says: "This could ERASE all data in /dev/hda or /dev/sda, or the primary ide..." :O , OpenBSD says that I must have geometry of disk and the number of the first block and an offset of partition in which I want install OpenBSD... ARF...

LDAP tools

I must end my "last-bit" of tools that permit to admin debian packages of a group of machines with a LDAP directory instead of /var/apt/... etc.. Only one part is not developed: a daemon that searches the directory, finds packages to install and installs it in machines.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
