Been afk for a while since leaving uni, but now happy to be back online. Just moved to near Stevenage to start doing hardware design for Astrium satellites. Well, to be trained to do it! ;)

Got to sort out a modem and a phone line now.

Then going to have a peek at the GNU page - I just learnt of a bug in Emacs which means that it can't do line numbering if the file is larger than 388878 bytes (I think that was the number - wonderfully arbitrary isn't it?) Anyway - I want to have a peek and see if it's a known one - and maybe have a prod at it myself.

Today's Joke

I say, I say, I say. My dog's got no dictionary.

Really? How does he spell terrible?
