Notes:

Debian developer, Emdebian developer and upstream maintainer of several data management projects (QOF, pilot-qof, gpe-expenses) as well as newly co-opted onto the drivel upstream team. Current projects described on the above home page. Worked for a while on GnuCash upstream. This account is mainly for drivel testing - my main blog is linked from the above homepage. (Have to be able to test drivel for others to use drivel with advogato. :-) )

first test with advogato and 3.0.0

Yes, Google can do calculations:

(291512 - 238336)/291512*100

The neat thing is that iceweasel / firefox can do the calculation within the search box without needing to call Google as a complete web page. The result shows up as if it was a tooltip. Worth remembering.

Testing from drivel 3.0.0, SVN trunk.

ok, so 2.0.4 continues to work but the changes in 3.0.0 have broken something. :-( More testing required ... (Currently blaming incomplete transition to libsoup which also breaks livejournal and some others).

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.

Keep up with the latest Advogato features by reading the Advogato status blog.
