Started writing up some thoughts on Tiddlers on the Web to use in the creation of a presentation.

It's a bit all over the map, the idea being to cover many paths to find the right one, which I suspect I'll choose at the last minute.

Cecily/preso's zoom just isn't smooth enough. Going to switch to some other slide management thing.

I've ended up going with reveal.js because it had the two features I wanted:

  • nested slides (explained as horizontal and vertical slides)
  • simple straightforward data storage (<section> per slide)

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
