So Netscape finally releasd the beta of their Theme Builder tool, which was developed by my co-workers Pete Collins and David Boswell. I developed the user interface for the tool.
Overall, it's a great tool, but has some trouble running on platforms where Mozilla isn't quite ready, namely the Nac OS.
New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
