I have write again in this diary from a long time. I'm starting to work in gnome stuff again and for the moment in gnome-backup. It's in the gnome-hispano cvs. You can check it out:

Work

In ESware: I'm working in a package manager for GNOME, I'm glad to do it. I know what exist a lot of package manager, but I don't know anyone that work in all the distributions.
Expresso can. It has a plug-in system that makes all the work about the package and database management. At the moment I'm only working in the GNUpdate plug-in, obvious, with GNUpdate we have control over rpm and deb packages system with only one plug-in. But anyone can make a new plug-in more efficient, only implementing a few functions.
I haven't the code in a cvs at the moment, perhaps the next weekend.

Life

My girlfriend is sad, I don't know how make her happy. If you read this, please, be happy like me, I'm happy to start a new life with you, in a new house, in a new city. I'm better with you. I love you Carmen.

Work

In ESware: A lot of work, I'm tired, but I like this job. I help to the GNU/Linux project and I'm glad to do it :)

In home: A lot of work too :) I'm continue with flat change... No commets :).
I'm starting to make a slackware module for GNUpdate project, I think that can be a good improvement for slackware.
I'm working in the gnome front-end for GNUpdate too, but... this is another story.

Life

I'm start to make a DVD colection about the war, it's a good remplacement of a lot of books. I know, a book it's better, but I don't have time.
I'm reading a Stephen King book, Las dos despues de media noche (Two past mid night, I think ...).
It's the first book from Stephen King what I read.
I like it, I don't think that it like me so.

Work

We release a new ESWare Linux version, 1.9b, it can be downloaded from ibiblio, have GNOME 2, and KDE 3, I'm make some changes and bug fixes on it, I'm happy to work here :). But now, we are working in the new 2.0. I think that it can be special and with a lot of improvements.

Life

Finally we found a floor, in the outside of Madrid, Galapagar, it's a nice place, with a lot of oxygen for us :), it have precious views

I'm starting to hack into the EsWare installation (text mode), it's writing in Python and it need a lot of changes, but I like it.
I'm going to check PGI, perhaps it can be usable for us.

Life

Carmen and I are looking for a floor to rent, but the rent is crazy in Madrid. For the moment I stay in Carlos's home (my brother).

I'm start to work in ESWare, it's a Spanish company that works with GNU/Linux and makes a GNU/Linux distribution. I think that I'll like this job.

I'm searching a new house or apartament to live, my girlfriend arrive to Madrid today and she will help me, and, ofcourse, she stays with me in Madrid :)

I was in Hispalinux the past week, a spanish meeting. I saw many friends, Cuenca have come from Paris, but I don't have see vigueto, I don't have see vigueto from a long time ago, are you alive?

03:26, I'm in my House again, in Salamanca. Out rain, I love this city, it's small, with no much linux-lovers, but I want change this :).

I must back to Madrid tomorrow :-(, but I back again in October, to start the new University course.
This year I center me in gnome development, working in the slackware port of the gnome-system-tools, and agnubis.

Deckard said me that want start work in a daemon for slackman, a package manager for slackware, like the red-carpet daemon. I think that it's a great idea.

Now I'm develop the front end for gnome 2, I take some ideas from red-carpet (ximian) and the package manager from Red Hat, I think that are god jobs.
