I have some stuff, including some moderately popular open- source tools up at http://www.netcrucible.com . I also work at Microsoft and believe that developers should get as much money as the market will bear, so I am not likely to ever be certified here.
New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
