Wow, it's been a long time since I posted anything here. I've been busy working all summer doing hardware design and programming for a solar cell array.

In other news, I've decided that it's about time to do something about art.gnome.org. I've been working on some major changes for the last 4 months but haven't had time to finish them up and check them in. Hopefully this will get done this week.

After many long months, art.gnome.org has finally been finished.

I moved my GNOME 2 FAQ to the gnome.org server and added a few new sections and a list of all of the 3rd party apps that I know of that have been ported to gtk2/gnome2. The new address is http://www.gnome.org/~aldug/gnome2/

Over the past few days I have compiled a Gnome2 FAQ for users new to gnome 2.0. It's available at http://www.astrolinux.com/gnome2/. Comments, questions and corrections are welcome.

I've been building gnome2 every night with the vicious build scripts and it's getting pretty cool. Check out screenshots at http://www.astrolinux.com/stuff/gnome2/. Nice work gnome developers

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
