Plans are progressing nicely together with jonas to set up a foundation-like organization in Sweden and/or Europe working for the good of free software, represented by individuals and representatives of companies or organizations. It should serve as a source of information for newspapers, organizations and corporations for for instance articles and references. It should also serve as a network for corporations who develop free software in Europe, enabling a vendor independent place for cooperation and information around free software.
Details of how to implement it are still being worked over, but we seem to have some good ideas to work with.
