There is one php script wich do serialization/unserialization. It has little functionality, but very flexible. I have create it as a tool to help me with database design. It allows easy modifications to data structures.
Use it if you like. I think this is final version.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
