      <description>Hello All, 

&lt;p&gt; After lurking for some time I have decided to take the 
plunge and join the fray. I don't have a whole lot to say 
at this time but I do have a question. Am I supposed to 
certify myself? It seems a bit self serving but the option 
was available from my homepage.

&lt;p&gt; Feel free to have a look at my little project, &lt;a href="http://g-page.sourceforge.net" &gt; g-page &lt;/a&gt;. g-
page is an internet based text messaging application for 
sending text messages to alphapagers or PCS phones. It's 
still pretty rough around the edges but is very functional.
